TOA tech support team achieves certification milestone

TOA announced that its entire technical support team is now CTS certified.

Spearheaded by Avixa (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), the Certified Technology Specialist CTS) certification “proves that holders at all levels of certification (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) have demonstrated their audiovisual knowledge and/or skills,” according to a TOA statement.

“We view this milestone as a testament to our desire for growing knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement,” said the company. “We couldn’t be prouder of our technical support team and their dedication to mastering their craft.”

TOA appoints new national sales manager

Warren Strem

In other staff news, TOA has appointed Warren Strem as its new national sales manager. Strem was previously a TOA regional sales manager.

“Since joining our team as a regional sales manager for Western Canada, Warren has leveraged his exceptional understanding of sound and audio equipment, regularly applying this knowledge to display how the right equipment can greatly elevate a space or facility,” said TOA in a statement. “As Warren steps into this new role as national sales manager, there is no doubt in our minds that his passion for excellence in delivering impactful sound solutions will continue to drive our sales team to new heights.”
