Milestone Systems adds new chief people and culture officer

Hardip Sohi-Bains has joined Copenhagen-based Milestone Systems as the company’s chief people and culture officer.

Sohi-Bains was previously with Ramboll, a global engineering and architecture firm, initially in its UK office then at its Danish headquarters as global head of human resources for corporate functions. Sohi-Bains’ first official day at Milestone will be on June 15.

“Hardip Sohi-Bains comes with solid global experience in the people first philosophy while managing organizational change, leadership and business. She will be a great asset in our efforts to further strengthen Milestone’s growth journey, focusing on engagement and talent management,” said Thomas Jensen, CEO, Milestone Systems, in a statement.

“People must be at the core of everything we do, creating opportunities to grow professionally and personally. I see Milestone as a company that in everyday thinks and works with people first in mind,” added Sohi-Bains.
